Tomorrow I will continue the education series I started yesterday. Today it’s all about the new lay-out.
Over the months I have changed this blogs several times. Often slightly, a couple times drastically. It took me a while to get the right look and feel, but I think I nailed it. This is what my blog will be looking like, at least for the next couple months.
If you look at the top of the column on the left you see that there is a new feature. You can now subscribe to my blog. As previously possible you can follow me on Twitter or the RSS feed, but now you can also be notified by e-mail. If you have a WordPress account and are logged in you can click the button and will be notified if there is a new blog post on here via your WP account. If you don’t have a WordPress account you can fill in your e-mail address and be kept up-to-date via e-mail. If you are logged in to WordPress but want to be kept up-to-date via e-mail, simply log out of WP and refresh this page.
Below the subscription box are a couple of manners to search through my blog. You can use the search function if you want to search for a particular topic.
You can also browse through my categories to find specific blog posts.
If you want to take a look at the most read posts on this blog you can click a link in the list of most popular posts.
Below that list there are several ways you can search for posts by date. Either pick one of the 10 newest posts in the freshly pressed list, click a blue date on the calendar or find ancient posts in the archives.
Below that you can read my latest tweets. If you are interested in following me on Twitter you can either click JACOB TRIBIANI’S TWITTER or the tab above. Among the tabs above there is not only the link to my Twitter bu also a link to my YouTube channel, my DailyBooth pictures, my Facebook account and my Dutch blog (on Hyves).
The last new thing is an addition to the Quote of the Day and the occasional Picture of the Day. occasionally there will be a song of the day. Today’s song: John Mayer – In your atmosphere. Why? Because I just taught myself to play it on guitar and am very proud of that.
That is all I can tell you about the make-over, look-wise you can see for yourself. If you have anything to tell me about it, or just want to let me know what you think you can leave a comment on this post.
